After receiving your purchase, take a picture with your new items, upload a picture or video to one of your social media platforms, and tag us.

Do I have to create an account to check out?

Yes, Fleur Fashion wants to ensure the best customer experience and by creating an account it allows for easy returns, exchanges, and confirmations.

 

What is the return policy?

We currently only issue in store credit, we require the items be sent back within 30 days of original purchase date. To learn more about our return policy please visit our Return Policy page.

 

Can I cancel/modify my order once it has been submitted?

As soon as an order is submitted we begin to fill the order so we do not allow orders to be cancelled or modified. You may return the items and we will issue in store credit.

 

I did not receive all my items or I did not receive the correct items.

We want to make sure you receive the correct items and you love the pieces you receive so please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something is wrong, defective, or missing please contact us immediately at fleurfashionboutique@gmail.com

 

Do you ship internationally?

Fleur Fashion plans to grow internationally but we currently do not ship outside of the United States.

 

How do I use my promo code?

During the checkout process you will be able to enter your promo code and an updated total will be reflected before submitting your order.
